We have been testing out some fresh ideas over the summer months! Instead of running daily lunch features, we decided to introduce a super fresh Summer Feature Menu!
Inspired by the abundance of healthy, whole foods that come with the onset of warmer months, Sous Chef Morgan created the Summer Feature Menu. The menu features four unique salads, a panini sandwich, pulled pork tacos that can be made into lettuce wraps, and our very own buddha bowl.
When asked what her favourite item on the menu was, Chef Morgan replied,
“The Kale Salad is one of my personal favourite. I never used to like kale, but I love this salad! The way the kale holds the dressing, you taste this amazing balsamic oregano flavour in every bite, yet the kale stays crunchy.” “I love taking this salad out to summer bbqs,” she continued. “People are always so surprised at how much they like the kale salad, even if they don’t think they like kale!”
