We are very excited to welcome the newest member of the Boulevard team, Francis Viegas. Francis started as the new Pastry Chef at Boulevard Restaurant & Lounge on November 17th, 2017 and brought expertise and talent gained from his previous role as Chef de Partie at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. We look forward to what Francis will bring to our kitchen and the delicious pastries, cakes, and desserts we will be able to offer our guests!
